When Sherri contacted me about scheduling a maternity session she expressed how she really wanted a beautiful river location. I knew the perfect spot! The Guadalupe River State Park is so beautiful and one of my favorite locations. I sent her some example photos and she loved the ideas. We met on a nice sunny evening about 1 hour before sunset. Sherri looked stunning in her blue gown, and Luis looked great in his crisp white shirt. I was so excited they brought their 11 year old chihuahua with them. He was their first baby, and they wanted to include him. I always allow pets in my photo sessions. They are part of your family so I think its great when they are included. We took photos on the edge of the river and in the river. They love the photos and I do as well!
Maternity is one of my favorite types of sessions to do. If you are planning on doing a maternity session with me I give the option of wearing a dress from my collection, or you can wear your own, or whatever clothing is your style. I will always gladly help with outfit selections too.
